What to know before ordering.
Digital products and delivery
Pawtraits are customized digital files. No physical item is shipped. Delivery is made to the email used at checkout, normally within 4–7 business days after payment and receipt of usable photos.
Photos and artistic interpretation
You confirm that you have permission to provide the uploaded photos. Each piece is an artistic interpretation, so colors and small details may differ from the original photograph.
Revisions
One reasonable revision is included. This covers small adjustments to color, detail, or placement. A new style, new reference photo, additional pet, or complete redraw may require a separate fee.
Cancellations and refunds
Because work is customized, orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before drawing begins. Once artwork has started, refunds are considered case by case. Duplicate charges and orders we cannot fulfill will be refunded.
Personal-use license
Your delivered artwork is for personal use. You may use it on your own devices and personal social profiles. Resale, merchandise, business use, and redistribution require written permission.
Privacy and file retention
We collect only the information required to fulfill your order. Uploaded photos and finished artwork are stored privately and scheduled for deletion 90 days after completion or refund. Payment details are processed by PayPal and are not stored by The Pawtrait Studio.
