Ordering and acceptance

Each order is custom-made from the details and reference photos you submit. An order enters the studio queue only after payment is completed and all required photos are received.

We may ask for clearer photos or additional information before starting. If we cannot reasonably complete your request, we will contact you and refund the affected order.

Digital products and delivery

Pawtraits are customized digital wallpapers. No physical item is shipped. Finished files are delivered to the email address used at checkout.

The usual delivery estimate is 4–7 business days after payment and receipt of usable photos. Missing information, replacement photos, or a pending revision request may extend that estimate.

Your photos and instructions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every photo you upload. Please provide clear references and accurate notes for each subject. You remain responsible for the content you submit.

Each piece is an artistic interpretation. Colors, proportions, fur, markings, and small details may vary from the original photograph while keeping the requested style.

Revision policy

One reasonable revision is included with each order. It covers small adjustments to color, detail, markings, or placement based on the original request.

A different art style, new reference photo, additional subject, or complete redraw is not included and may require a separate fee. We will confirm any added cost before doing extra work.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel for a full refund before drawing begins. Once custom artwork has started, the order is generally non-refundable because studio time has already been committed.

We will issue a refund when:

• the same order was charged more than once;
• we cannot fulfill the accepted order; or
• a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. PayPal or your financial institution controls when the credit appears. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Personal-use license

Your delivered artwork is licensed for personal use. You may use it on your own devices and personal social profiles.

Resale, merchandise, paid advertising, business branding, redistribution, or claiming the artwork as your own creation requires prior written permission from The Pawtrait Studio.

Privacy and payment processing

We use your name, email, order instructions, photos, and finished files only as needed to process, create, support, and deliver your order. Privacy-safe site analytics may include the page visited, referral source, device category, browser family, and general country. Customer emails and private photos are not included in analytics events.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API measurement is enabled by default unless you turn it off below or your browser sends a privacy signal. We may send page and checkout events, campaign parameters, a Meta click identifier, and a verified purchase value to Meta. We do not put your email address, photos, or order notes in browser tracking events. Server Purchase events are created only after PayPal confirms a real payment; administrator test payments are excluded. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keep Meta tracking off.

You can change this choice below at any time. Turning Meta tracking off does not affect checkout, necessary security controls, or privacy-safe studio analytics.

Payments are processed by PayPal. The Pawtrait Studio does not receive or store your full card number. PayPal processes payment information under its own Privacy Statement.

A Pawtrait Assistant is available on public pages. When you use it, your chat text is securely processed by a contracted third-party language service to answer studio questions. Please do not share payment details, order information, names, email addresses, or private photos in chat. Sanitized questions and validated replies are linked only to an anonymous session and may be reviewed by authorized studio administrators to improve answer quality. They are deleted after 30 days. We also retain anonymous usage counts and broad service-quality signals needed to operate and protect the assistant.

Private storage and file retention

Reference photos and finished artwork are stored privately. Unpaid reference uploads become eligible for deletion after 48 hours. Files for completed or refunded orders become eligible for deletion after 90 days.

Customer delivery links expire after 30 days. Download and back up your finished files promptly, as we may not be able to replace files after the retention period.
