What makes a good reference photo?
Use bright, clear photos taken near eye level. Natural daylight is ideal. Avoid heavy filters, motion blur, and cropped ears where possible. Multiple angles are welcome.
Is this a physical product?
No. Every Pawtrait is a high-resolution digital file designed for your phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. Nothing is shipped.
How long will my order take?
Most artwork is completed and delivered within 4–7 business days after payment and receiving usable photos.
How many pets can I include?
Instant checkout supports one to three pets. For four or more, contact us for a custom quote and timeline.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One reasonable revision is included. A reasonable revision covers small color, detail, or placement adjustments—not a complete style or source-photo change.
What files will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution wallpaper files prepared for the formats you selected. If you choose both, you will receive phone and desktop versions.
Can I use my Pawtrait commercially?
Orders are for personal use unless a separate commercial license is agreed in writing.
What if my photo is not usable?
We will email you before starting and ask for a clearer replacement. Your turnaround begins when we have usable reference photos.
