What makes a good reference photo?
Use clear, well-lit photos taken near eye level. Avoid filters, motion blur, and cropped ears. Multiple angles help.
Is this a physical product?
No. Pawtraits are high-resolution digital files for phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Nothing is shipped.
How long will my order take?
Delivery takes 4–7 business days after payment and receipt of usable photos.
How many subjects can I include?
A subject can be one pet or one person. Instant checkout supports one to 15 subjects, together in one wallpaper or as individual wallpapers. For more than 15, message us for a custom order.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One reasonable revision covers small color, detail, or placement changes, but not a new style or source photo.
What files will I receive?
Every order includes high-resolution wallpapers for iPhone, iPad, Laptop (16:9), MacBook (16:10), and Apple Watch. A custom size outside this bundle is $10.
Can I use my Pawtrait commercially?
Orders are for personal use unless a separate commercial license is agreed in writing.
What if my photo is not usable?
We’ll ask for a clearer replacement before starting. Turnaround begins once we have usable photos.
